Our Approach to Personal Training

Our personal training is designed for individuals with specific fitness goals who want the same level of precision we provide to professional athletes. We apply proven principles to build strength, improve health, and optimize body composition. Many of our adult clients are active in sports like running, cycling, martial arts, and golf. We help them enhance performance and stay healthy while practicing their sport of choice.

Private Gym Environment

We provide all sessions in a private, well-equipped gym in Boca Raton, offering access to a full range of strength and cardio equipment to support any training goal. With extensive experience working with adult clients, we understand that many have physical limitations. Our facility is designed to accommodate individual needs, whether due to limited range of motion, past injuries, or current fitness level.

Because of our work with athletes, we naturally started working with individuals who have a strong attention to detail—top professionals in their fields, former athletes, and those who refuse to accept mediocrity in anything they do. In the process, we found that they became the most excited to work with and consistently produced the best results.

Maximizing Safety and Efficiency in Training

People often think working with professional athletes is all about pushing them hard. However, for a Strength and Conditioning coach, it's more about solving athletes' problems in a limited amount of time while minimizing risks. It requires a unique skill set to identify potential risks, weaknesses, and issues, ensuring a high return on the time and energy invested in addressing them. We've found this efficient approach to be highly effective with the fitness population, which is why we started this program.

True Mentorship

Coaches can’t expect full commitment from their clients unless they’re just as committed to supporting them in every way that matters. That’s why we create support programs for nutrition and habit-building, ensuring every aspect of training is covered.

  • Nutrition Coaching

A personalized program with weekly 1-on-1 mentorship calls and daily progress reports.

  • Accountability Program

Goal and progress review sessions. Long-term planning for results that last.

$220 /week

1-on-1 personal training. 2 sessions/week.

$300 /week

1-on-1 personal training. 3 sessions /week

$50 /week

Nutrition mentorship. 1 consultation /week.
