At Craftsmen Strength and Conditioning, we develop athletes' performance through professional, in-person training at a private gym in Boca Raton. Our methods include strength training, speed sessions, endurance work, and sport science testing. We specialize in working with individuals who seek a highly personalized training approach with attention to every detail.

Personal Training Programs
Whether working with high school athletes or professionals, every athlete receives a custom training plan. We design strength and conditioning programs based on testing results, training experience, injury history, and the specific demands of their sport. We craft well-structured training plans months in advance for each athlete because long-term, periodized development delivers the best results

Sport science testing is a crucial part of our approach. We use advanced equipment to assess power, speed, strength, and endurance—identifying athletes’ weaknesses and selecting the right training methods. Our speed timing system, jump testing equipment, and isometric strength assessments are integrated not only into the evaluation process but also into training sessions to monitor progress and optimize results.

Precision-Based Athletic Development
$240 /week
Standard schedule. 3-5 sessions/week, including speed and endurance sessions.

In-season schedule. 2 sessions /week

What to Expect from Your Testing Session
To create a personalized training program, we begin by assessing an athlete's strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement. This is achieved through a comprehensive performance testing process.
The testing battery varies based on the athlete's sport and level but typically includes:

Jump Tests to assess lower body power and build a power profile.

Isometric Strength Tests with a dynamometer to pinpoint major asymmetries and weak muscle groups.

Speed Tests for field athletes to evaluate acceleration and top speed, and throwing tests for rotational athletes.

Endurance Tests for sports that require high levels of stamina, such as wrestling, MMA, and hockey.
Once testing is complete, we provide a detailed report highlighting areas for improvement. Our aim is to help athletes understand their performance limitations, regardless of whether we ultimately work together.
